Aussie-AI Ltd is the data controller for this site. The Well Habit publishes educational parenting content and sells related printable digital products at thewellhabit.com. What we collect

If you buy a digital product, we collect the name, email, and order details needed to deliver it. Stripe processes card payments; we do not see or store your full card number. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. The service also uses basic, non-identifying analytics.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support purchases, including refunds; answer your emails; and improve the site. We do not currently send marketing emails from this site; if that changes, every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

The production service uses Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for hosting, email routing, and cookieless analytics. Their terms apply. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Purchase and order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting, then deleted. Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe’s own retention policy.

Your choices and rights

Request access or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We honor applicable rights under US state privacy laws and the UK/EU GDPR.

Cookies, payments, and children

Site analytics are cookieless. Minimal cookies may be used where necessary for secure checkout. Stripe processes payments. Our products are bought and used by adults (parents, carers and teachers); we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
