Start with one ordinary writing, creative or personal-admin item. Name what this session is for, write the required unknowns, then work in the document or tool you already use.
When you stop, leave the exact file or physical location and a next action. At close, record what really happened: draft, ready for review, sent, paused or stopped.
Required stays required. Permission, missing facts and necessary checks never go into the optional pile just to force a finish.

Would a plain note do?
Yes. Plain notes can do this whole job for free. Write the artifact, required unknowns, next action, file location and an honest status. Keep using that if it suits you.
The $7 buys prepared prompts and contrasting worked examples, not a unique productivity method. There are no reminders, timers, streaks, AI assistance or automatic sending.

Before you choose
Can I type into it, or is it paper only?
Both. Download either size and fill pages 2 and 3 in a desktop PDF reader, or print them blank. We tested all fields, saving, reopening and print output in Mozilla PDF.js 6.4.299 on desktop Chromium. Other readers vary. Mobile PDF filling and physical printers were not tested.
All fields are single-line: 70 characters, or 40 for status. Line breaks become spaces. Use short plain-text notes; for more detail, enter a short file reference and continue in that file. Check print preview as well as the saved copy. Save an edited copy, close it and reopen that saved file to confirm your entries. Keep a blank original and backups.
What if I stop or never send it?
Paused and stopped are valid manual statuses. There is no completion score. A saved draft is not sent, and checking a box cannot supply delivery evidence.
Is this health advice or treatment?
No. It is a manual organizer for low-stakes drafts. Do not use it to make medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. It does not diagnose or treat anything, replace professional help or promise completion. Never skip required checks or consent.
What arrives after payment?
A download page with two five-page PDF files, one Letter and one A4. No physical item, course, coaching or library access. Keep the unlisted delivery link private; it is not an authenticated account. Download your files rather than relying on permanent hosting.
What if it isn’t useful to me?
Email hello@moneyyoureowed.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Include your receipt or purchase email. You do not need to prove a result. Your statutory consumer rights are unchanged.
