One-Deliverable Desk Kit costs $7 USD once. You receive the same five-page PDF packet in Letter and A4, with 21 fillable fields across two reusable sheets. No subscription, physical item, coaching or promised outcome.

Delivery and use

After checkout, Stripe redirects to an unlisted download page. The link is not a login or authenticated entitlement. Keep it private and save both PDFs to your own device. Hosting is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Personal use on your own devices and personal printed copies is permitted. Do not resell, redistribute or share the paid files publicly. The general start, resume and close technique is not exclusive to this kit.

Refunds and help

For a full refund, email hello@moneyyoureowed.com within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or purchase email. No completion or productivity result is required. Use the same address for access problems; hello@thewellhabit.com is an alternative. No response-time guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Limits

Use only for ordinary low-stakes drafts. It is not medical, legal, financial or safety advice or treatment. Required facts, checks and consent remain your responsibility. The kit does not send messages, confirm receipt, sync files, track habits or remind you to act.

Desktop PDF.js 6.4.299 save, reopen and print-output tests passed. Other readers vary; mobile filling and physical printers are unverified. All fields are single-line with printed limits; line breaks become spaces. Continue longer notes in a separate file, referenced briefly here. Verify your saved copy and print preview.
