Board privacy
Board entries are processed in your browser. The app has no analytics, ads, bank connection, AI calls or uploads. By default entries live only in memory. Choosing “Save on this browser” stores a JSON record in localStorage on this device and browser profile. It is not encrypted. Shared-device users and browser extensions may be able to access it.
Uncheck saving to remove the saved browser copy; “Clear whole board” clears the active board after confirmation. Undo retains the previous state in memory until your next change or tab close. Downloaded JSON, CSV and print files are yours to manage and delete. We do not receive or back up those files. Do not send financial records to support.
The offline HTML copy has no network dependencies and disables browser persistence. Export JSON before closing it. Changing browsers or moving between hosted and offline copies does not move your data: use a JSON backup.
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes ordinary access metadata such as IP addresses. Stripe handles purchase, billing and receipt data under its own privacy policy. The board’s financial entries are not sent to either service. Email support receives what you choose to send. The shared seller is Money You’re Owed.
